This could be an exceptionally nice place to stay... Sadly it needs a bit of TLC
Property feels unloved and poorly maintained. Smoke alarm and lamp shades missing. No drinking glasses, limited cutlery and no frying pan. Really shoddy repairs. Memory foam mattress is lumpy. Could be a great stay but isn't!! Great location

The communication with the host was very good; He responded to messages very quickly. He was helpful and even brought us an extra electric heater. Since we rented a car, it was great to have a parking space in a garage. The apartment is very close to the tram stop, and you can reach the city center after just a few stops.
Although the apartment appears to have two rooms in the photos, the upper level is actually one large open room. If you wish, you can divide it with a partition.
The property did not feel as clean and well-maintained as shown in the photos. It was quite cold, and the heating was not working because the boiler was broken. Even though previous guests had mentioned this issue, no proper action had been taken before our stay.
Fortunately, the weather in Dublin during our visit was not too cold, and we managed with the extra electric heaters provided by the host.
In the kitchen, especially the pots and pans were very old and unusable.

Era cómodo, a pesar de que en las fotos puede parecer que tiene varias habitaciones, no es así, es una única estancia con dos camas, pero estaba bien equipado.
El casero muy amable, con rápida comunicación en todo momento, y poniendo facilidades.
La cocina muy completa, detalles como jabón se agradecen.
Es una única estancia de dos pisos, con lo que se oye mucho de cama a cama.
No había calefacción y hacía fresco.
El taxista y algunos vecinos nos dijeron que tuviésemos cuidado por la noche porque no era una zona muy segura.
En ambos baños había maraña de pelos largos, lo que los causó mala impresión.
