The location of the apartment is very convenient, it is close to the bus stop and not far from the Luas (tram) stop. The apartment is well-equipped and comfortable. The host is quick to respond and helpful if you need his assistance and it is easy to get in touch with him. We enjoyed our stay there.

Location was great - close to everything the layout worked well for us and it was very clean with comfortable beds. Also comfortable seating areas.

We were there during 2 days of heat wave so it was warm - fans would have helped a lot :)

It’s a great place for money and very nice host

Cosy, everything needed in the kitchen, additional things like spices and sugar/oil/tea - amazing hospitality to think about such little things. Huge gratefulness for the power adapters and cables, we arrived unprepared but were saved because of this caring host

Lovely apartment in a great location. Really good communication from the owner. There are only 4 car parking spaces outside the property but free parking on the neighbouring streets. Highly recommend

Geräumiges Appartement mit Einschränkungen

Geräumiges Appartment mit 2 separaten Schlafzimmern und Bädern plus Wohnzimmer mit gut eingerichteter Küche. Tiefgaragenparkplatz vorhanden. Gute Informationen durch den Gastgeber zur Anreise und dem Umgang mit den verschiedenen Key Codes. Bushaltestelle (Linie 122) direkt vor der Tür (allerdings knapp 30 Minuten Fahrtzeit bis in die City)

Das Appartment war bei unserer Ankunft nicht gut gesäubert. Im Kühlschrank waren noch Reste und im Geschirrspüler noch dreckiges Geschirr des Vormieters. Das Badezimmer war in schlechtem Zustand (Schimmel rund um die Badewanne, Toilettensitz locker). Das Bett und die Matratze waren eine Katastrophe (total weich, Bett knarrt bei jedem Umdrehen)

Vrij ruim appartement voor een redelijke prijs in het dure Dublin. Goede verbinding openbaar vervoer (red line tram) naar het centrum. Kleine supermarkt met vers brood op 300m. Ondergrondse parkeergarage voor de (huur) auto.

Schönes Appartement wenn man es gefunden hat

Zimmeraufteilung und 2 Bäder, Busstation vor der Türe, Tram-Station in wenigen Minuten, Garage Viele Infos zum Check vorab (bezüglich Zugang) Wir haben es nicht gleich gefunden, Canal view war ein guter Hinweis, das Appartement befindet sich Ecke Herberton Road /Rialto Dr.

Dass man nicht einfach aus der Garage rausfahren kann, sondern erst per eigens vorhandenem Mobiltelefon aus dem Appartement, das nicht gut geladen war, das Tor öffnen kann. Nach einiger Zeit mit Ladeversuch, was lang dauerte, kontaktieren wir den Vermieter, er konnte das Tor von sich aus öffnen, diese Info wäre hilfreich gewesen, denn es hat uns viel Zeit gekostet. Betten waren nicht sehr bequem und sehr schmal (ok für Familie, aber wir waren eine 4er Freundegruppe)
