Great place to stay- we were here for 9 nights and we’re sorry to leave.

Good location right by the bus stop with breakfast cafe across the street and easy walk to most activities. Having 2 bedrooms and a living room/kitchen was great.

We are there during a very hot period and with no AC or screens on the windows we couldn’t keep the windows open wide to let in the cooler air. Also, dorm showers combined with toilet made showers a bit trickier.

Great Base Great Staff

Having two separate rooms in a apartment and bathrooms with loads of mirrors was great as bringing a gang of girls to a concert. It was spotless and the staff were so helpful. Great to have on site parking. It's a quiet area so suited us not sure if you wanted a night on the town how accessible the centre is. Would definitely book again.

Great value

The apartment was great - had everything we needed. The staff were very kind and helpful in directing us. The apartment is a real value for what we paid and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay.

We got in a little late as we had trouble finding the place so we had to get our keys from security, which took a little extra time. The floor in one of the rooms was a little damp, so we suspect there was a small leak in the water closet.

converted student dorms are comfortable and large

The rooms are spacious and affordable. We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit that had a kitchenette which was well furnished and very useable.

The property is not very close to central Dublin, but that's the expected tradeoff. A perfectly pleasant walkable distance, however.

A good option

Our two bedroom apartment was well appointed with a decent kitchen. The beds were comfortable and when we were there (for one night) it was quiet. Staff super helpful and there is 24-hour, on site assistance if required.

This is not a complaint, just to advise that - understandably given the type of accommodation - there is no air-conditioning.

Good location on bus line 10 minutes to downtown. Grocery across the road, friendly neighborhood taverns. Clean place

That we didn’t have a double bed, and the laundry was exceedingly complicated to work out and expensive. No TV.

Expensive for the quality

The apartment was clean and the location wqs good, 20 min by foot to the river.

The bathroom had no shower struture, it was open and the bathroom would be all wet afterwards. I don’t like the fact they don’t put a picture of the bathroom because they know people will not book this place for the price requested of they saw the bathroom. Please be more transparent. The matress was horrible as well, an old spring matress, where you could everything when you moved.

It’s a very expensive way to be treated like a student

The bed was comfortable

We had a major electrical fault and it was clear the wiring was not installed correctly. Could have been a fire hazard. The apartment was quite tired and had a lingering smell of the previous occupants cooking. Also some of the cleaning around the kitchen area was not great and sealant to sink was defective and insanitary I accept this is student accommodation but at close to 300 euro a night it really should be better I think

Very good location, walking distance from the town center. Student accommodation gave it a nostalgic feel. Secure underground parking. Comfortable beds. Silent for a city location.

Being a student accommodation gives it a sterile feeling. Living area quite basic. Steep in price, but that seems to be a general Dublin thing.

Too far from downtown core, expected two bedrooms- one couple had to sleep on the single beds, in different rooms!, heavy doors with automatic door closures, no bathtub, shower curtain too short, had to use towels to dry bathroom floors after a shower, not enough natural light in 2 of the 3 bedrooms, our stay was too short to make good use of the kitchen- no need to set the table with plates, glasses and cutlery. Bathroom light burnt out on Sunday night- no spare light bulb found.

A well priced central base for visiting the city.

We had a spacious flat with three rooms and a kitchen. Very comfortable (my bed was huge!) and clean. Great to have safe, free parking.

At 3am two men stood under my bedroom window and had a long chat. I ended up having to knock on the window to get them to move away. This is a great place to stay but it is still university accommodation and therefore be prepared for possible noise in the wee small hours.
