Basic accommodation. Good location. Good value for the price. Would stay again.

The apartment was well heated. Clean enough. Bed are comfortable. Reasonably priced. Free on street parking in the area. Shop 1 min away. Easy walk to city center, around 20 mins. Host was friendly.

I didn't know the host would meet me. I was sent a code number but there was no key box. I would prefer more certainty regarding entry to the property. I wasn't sure until I got there but worked out ok. No TV.

I booked this last month was meant to be coming up for a concert when I arrived at property I tried to contact the owner she asked me for proof of id when I showed she said I had to be 21 to be an adult this is not shown anywhere on booking information I am 18 which is considered adult she told me I will get a full refund I am still waiting she said it would not be longer then 24 hours it’s been 30 hours now and she is ignoring my messages and sometimes leaving on read do not stay here an absolute disgrace I was left with no where to stay and had to book a train home I wasted 70€ on my concert ticket 50€ on transport and 250€ for the room I hope to get my 250€ back but I will not be able to receive my other 120€

The location

There was already someone in the apartment we booked. The owner said that we had not confirmed our stay which we did so I sent him the receipt, the confirmation email and everything. He said that there was an error and he could refund us after we canceled the reservation. Which was nonsense because he was saying sooner that we had not confirmed the booking. We said no because we had no money to pay for something else and we had everything to prove we booked this apartment . Finally he admitted that it was his fault and the girls who were in our apartment were supposed to stay in another one. When we finally got in the apartment it was very dirty, “mold” or moisture on the walls, dirty marks on the blankets, dust and even the floor wasn’t clean. The towels were smalls with stains on them. I do not recommend at all staying there and we only stayed there 2 nights.

Very disappointing experience. No access to the booked property and no support from the host.

I don’t know … I didn’t get into the apartament for what I payed .

I booked for 3 adults, but the system changed it to 2 during payment while still charging the full price. When I arrived at the correct time, no one was there to give me the keys to the house I paid for. The host offered a different room with just a single bed, which was completely unacceptable. I was stressed and couldn’t stay. Still waiting for my refund.

I never received check in instructions from the owner. When I asked for them to be sent I was told the flat had "broken down" and I couldnt stay there. They then didn't cancel my booking and took my money anyway. I had to book somewhere else and get a refund through booking.com. Waste of time.

Rien, le clic clac cassé et inconfortable. Pas de vaisselle pour 4 personnes. Appartement sale (moisissures et saleté), meubles cassés. Serviette de toilettes toute petite, manque de papier toilettes, pas d’équipement (cafetière)

Aceptable

La ubicación es bastante buena, el anfitrión contestaba medianamente rápido y la casa esta bien equipada, y en general esta aceptable para pasar unos días. No hay wifi, las camas y los cojines son un poco incomodos (tendrían que renovarse) y no hay calefacción.
