Comfortable stay in a quiet, pleasant neighborhood with a good location near Richmond Center, the seaside trail, and YVR. The room and bed were comfortable, and thoughtful touches—like a small in-room fridge, requested decaf coffee and herbal tea, plus access to a microwave and Nespresso Vertuo—were appreciated. The shared bathroom was conveniently located, well sized, and had good water pressure and temperature control.
A few drawbacks: bedrooms are upstairs, which can be challenging with heavy luggage; the room did not include a work desk as shown in the listing; and towel amenities could be improved (no foot towel and limited towel hanging space).
Communication was responsive through Booking.com, though not via text message.
