户主友善親切，樂於助人，房間清潔整齊，佈置雅麗，厨房用品齊全，有氣體爐，微波爐，水煲，咖啡機，诜衣機等等，沐浴的温度和水壓都足夠，泊車也很方便。
如果房間大一點就更好，隔音設備也有改善的空間，房内没有電視機
