Our flight was cancelled, and the rebooked flight also got delayed due to technical issues, so we arrived close to 3am. Yet the host was so understanding and stepped out to greet us and show us to our room less than a minute after our cab dropped us off. That's nothing short of exceptional! We're grateful that we were able to settle in after hours of waiting and delays. We only stayed for a few hours and we wish we'd had time taken a closer look at the garden and the nicely decorated home.

Nothing to complain about. The sink wasn't draining but I'm sure that's something the host would've fixed in no time had we informed her during the day.

Exceptionally Clean and Professionally Managed.. Quiet . Comfortable Bed . Adequate Parking. Needed to Leave Early to Catch Ferry and Accommodated My Need without Issue . Close to Downtown Richmond and Ferry

Beautiful property inside and out. Biscuits, cookies, fruit awaiting you in your room. Wonderful find so close to the airport yet no airplane noise at all! Very accommodating hostess!

No A/C but a very good fan & 2 windows that open.

No outstanding amenities. No breakfast was offered.

Mattress on the bed was very uncomfortable.
