Camas muy cómodas, barrio tranquilo, habitación amplia y baño muy limpio. También habia café, te y leche en la cocina a disposición del huésped, lo cual siempre se agradece por la mañana. Perfecto para descansar una noche si vienes o vas al aeropuerto

Our primary purpose was to stay the night before flying out of YVR. The owner offers a car drop off service for a reasonable price. We did not have a car and although we walked to stores and restaurants, there is, regular bus service nearby to get to Steveston village and to the Skytrain. If you are not used to walking, the distances to amenities can be a bit far. All entry instructions are comprehensive and clear. Quiet, well kept and clean.
The main issue was that it was a hot day and there does not seem to be any AC. There is a fan. The windows were open so as the night air cooled, I slept well but my wife had more difficulty.

Location, proximity to the airport
1. There was no private parking in the driveway. Since the property is rented on room-basis, there were two cars already in the driveway and three additional cars were parked on the road. We also had to park on the road in order not to block anyone
2. The occupants of one of the rooms had cooked a strong odor meal and the entire ground floor was smelling of the same when we entered the premises
