This property is super clean. Hats-off to how well they maintain the place. John responds quickly to any inquiries. The property is close to a lot of restaurants, groceries and other conveniences. And is only a few minutes to downtown Vancouver by car. Parking is available on the property. Highly recommend this rental.

Very relaxing spot to stay compared to the condos near Richmond center. The host got back to us quickly any time we messaged, and checking in and out was very straightforward, so no need to worry about that. The rooms were clean as in the pictures and had all the basics needed for a comfortable stay. Very happy and will consider it when we're back in the area!

The location of the Vrbo is in a very quiet location tucked away in a small subdivision in central Richmond. It's not much to look at from the outside but is clean and neat on the inside. The bed is comfortable, and the towels r big. Parking is available in the shared driveway, there is street parking as well. Would definitely stay again when visiting Richmond.

John was very prompt to answer my questions and gave helpful instructions for the stay, the book about the area was a nice touch.The place was very clean upon arrival and had everything we needed, I really appreciate the washer and dryer.Location was in a nice and quiet neighborhood and the nearby park gave us a great shortcut to a main bus route as we did not have a car.Overall, a great stay!

John’s unit is very clean and the bed was quite comfortable. We arrived after dark and the house number was difficult to see. I might suggest adding another light or moving the numbers to a lit wall.

Spent the weekend here, very cozy. Privacy is definitely appreciated as long as guests keep it to themselves. It’s best to have your own ride as transportation might not be too convenient if going out or coming back late at night.

From the first point of communication to check out, the entire process was great! The place was immaculately clean and the host let us check in a few hours early since our flights arrived ahead of time. The space is well maintained and all linen provided are of hotel quality. Hot water was plenty and having a washer/dryer on site made things easy for the family! We had a car, so I can't speak to public transit, but the home is located close to shopping and groceries within a 5-10 drive. It's located on a quiet neighborhood and we felt safe taking our little one for walks. My family and I would absolutely stay here again!

Nice, clean modern living space in quite residential neighborhood with spacious bedroom, living room, and kitchen, as well as good sized refrigerator. The bathroom is on the small side with a taller than more bathtub that’s challenging to get into and out from for the elderly. Would stay here again.
