It was comfortable. People were friendly and helpful.

Our breakfast was stolen by a member of their family. We had to leave the premise at 5:45 that morning so we bought breakfast in advance. However, when we woke up, it was gone. It was quite upsetting because we couldn't easily purchase breakfast that early in the morning. The owner apologized profusely and said they bought new fridges for each room that same day.

Very big room and comfortable bathroom

the room was very comfortable and spacious. just like the pictures seen before. The bathroom was also spacious and comfortable. There was even a small balcony . We used the kitchen for our dinner, and everything was ok. we only stayed for one night since we were taking the ferry early the next morning

Great location for airport or ferry access. We arrived after dark and left before sunrise, so we didn't see much.

There is no furniture in the living area except for a pair of dining chairs. The stove does not work and there are no dishes, cups or cutlery. The bed is a double (I know the ad says a "double room" but when will people realize that a double bed is too small for two adults? Almost all rooms are doubles.)

It's cute but...

The house and the bedroom look very beautiful. The host was kind and helpful. Came with indoor slippers for cleanliness.

They don't tell you that you will be literally in with them and their family. There is no privacy outside of the bedroom. The bed was quite old, hard and not comfortable. The furniture was also very dated. The hot water in the shower took a really long time to start. There is no television in the room for any form of sound or entertainment. Overall reality did not meet expectations. This room could do well with being updated. Would not recommend for couples seeking a more private atmosphere

Excellent location for getting to the Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal. In a quiet neighbourhood with parking right in front of the house.

My husband and I needed a place to sleep and rest for 2 nights while we were travelling, so this suited us well. The room was very spacious and very clean. Kevin gave us a warm welcome upon arrival. Tea/coffee/hot water was available in the kitchen. I thought it was excellent value for the price. Also, we were in the area we wanted to be (we had a car).

Usually I try to choose a place with a kitchen, but Kevin did allow us to keep a container in the fridge and use the microwave to reheat some food. Therefore, there were no kitchen issues for us. The room was very warm so we very much appreciated the fan in the room.

Not worth what they charge...i can get my own hotel room/suite for that price at a mid range hotel..

Rock hard bed and pillows....freezing cold with no extra blankets or pillows in the room....a super loud slamming of a door in the am woke me up when i was still tired...no soap dish or anything in the shower...no tv in the room as advertised....no hot tub...its a jetted bathtub..

Disappointed with experience that fell short of propert description and expectations

Host was friendly. Location not on busy street. Room and bathroom good size

We had an arranged time for arrival but hosts only made up bed after we arrived. They left again and we had to go to a corner store to buy toilet paper. The description on the website is very deceptive mentioning that all units come with a patio and fully equipped kitchen etc. There is a small patio but nothing to sit on, whether on the patio or inside the room apart from a small flat dressing table chair. No TV in room either and the TV fastening fixture left on the wall served as the only space for hanging clothes. The facility can not really be describes as a hotel but should be advertised as a homestay. The facility is occupied by the host and family with children and grandparents - with a definite level of noisiness. The rest of the family is not fluent in English and it was not clear how the family’s facilities could be used ( TV in other part of house, kitchen etc). It may assist future visitors if the host can prepare some clear written information on these matters. This could include the specifics on how visitors may use TV, kitchen, laundry etc. He did show where warm water may be available in kitchen but without information on where to find kitchenware etc, or whether there is coffee/tea available to use. The bed was king size but with only one pillow and no spares anywhere in the room. It was very firm and would have been great for when we were young to middle-age adults. Unfortunately too hard for senior bodies.

Vieze afzuigkap met spinnetjes, kitchenette volledig buiten bedrijf, geen enkel bestek of servies. Koelkastje moest nog aangezet worden.ruimte binnen woning met 3 kleine kinderen, gehorig. Dit hoort niet als hotel aangeboden te worden, eerder aanleun appartement voor eigen familie. Geen tafel, te hard bed en als je asnkomt of weggaat moet je langs de familie, onprettig en onprofessioneel. Hoort niet op booking.com als hotel te worden aangeboden.

Das Zimmer war wie beschrieben, sauber und großzügig. Ruhige Gegend

Trotz Voranmeldung und Eintreffen im Zeitfenster war keiner da, der uns hereingelassen hat. Klingeln, Klopfen, Email ohne Erfolg. Telefonanruf wurde nach wenigen Sekunden beendet. Bei den Nachbarn nachgefragt, das Auto stehe da, die Vermieter müssten da sein. Nach 45min Warten und nochmals mächtig Lärm machen, dann endlich Einlass. Das Bett ist sehr hart, man sollte schon gut gepolstert sein. Die Wände sind sehr hellhörig, man hört die nächtlichen Telefonate der Mitbewohner. Und Schuhe ausziehen, damit darf man nicht rein, man bekommt Filzpantoffeln.

Bruyant et mal équipé!

La localité. L’hôte malgré son anglais limite m’a indiqué de son mieux où je pouvais trouver un centre commercial non loin.

Oreillers trop durs, la douche coulait après l’utilisation, l’hôte parlait à peine anglais, aucun air climatisé il faisait très chaud dans la chambre et le pire est que les propriétaires ou habitants des étages supérieurs ont fait du bruit et ont marché sur le plancher en porcelaine jusqu’à 1h00 du matin. Je devais me lever pour un vol donc je n’ai où dormir que 3 heures. Il n’y avait aucun drap de dessus juste une douillette! Je ne recommande pas cet établissement.
