Stay away !
The ONLY positive aspect: it is indeed spacious, two bedrooms and one living area.
The list is very long: 1. the bathroom is a complete mess: the water is continuously running on the toilet even after flushing it. It is broken and very, very noisy 24 hours ! The sink is badly leaking ( see video). I informed the owner, he said he would intervene immediately, nothing happened. Had to avoid using the bathroom sink…☹️ The shower cabin is also leaking water… 2. The fridge did not work. 3. Out of two “eyes” of the electric stove only one was working 4. The location of the apartment is on the 1st floor, just in front of the stairs and elevator, which makes it very noisy. You basically hear everyone moving all directions. 5. The location of the property. This Forest Nook complex is in the middle of nowhere, 2.5 km from ski lift area and some decent restaurants… 6. At reception and spa area was only one lady speaking English, the services are a complete disaster… 7. Finally: my first time in Pamporovo and my last one. The resort itself s crowded as hell, no parking spots, at hotel, at ski lift, at restaurants… traveled all over Europe, there is nowhere such a place !!! Been before two times to Bansko, way better from any perspective in terms of ski resort.
