The closest apartment to slopes in Pamporovo.

It was right at the slopes - just a couple of stairs from the slope to the door. The apartment had an electric dryer for ski boots and gloves, dryers in the bathrooms and one in the bedrooms. The two bathrooms had a local water heater each, so you don't need to worry if all people in the hotel depleted the hot water. Everything in the bathroom was well organized and the floor stayed dry if you want to go to the toilet after someone had a shower. Kitchen had everything we needed and the living room had plenty of space. We didn't use the fireplace but, despite this, the whole apartment felt very cozy. It also had a nice view above the roofs of the neighboring buildings.

We could hear a hysterical child crying from some neighboring apartment, so it was not exactly soundproof. At some point we could smell the fish someone was cooking. The water in the complex (we've been in other apartments, too) is coming by a pump or something and the pressure is pulsating all the time. No wooden cutting board in the kitchen (it was plastic). No dishwasher. The coffee machine wasn't "decalcified" recently. Wood for the fireplace, SPA facilities and everything else in the complex is paid separately. The apartment is right at the slopes, which means very far from the hotel entrance and the parking.

The elevator is a very big issue. It’s easy to go upstairs but it is a very big problem to go to the entrance of the hotel when we have luggages. We have to hand carry luggages for approximately5 levels as there is no elevator to go to main entrance.

Great for a summer break

Super clean, everything smelled nice. Spacious apartments, the view was beautiful. Had everything you need.

A few inconveniences: there was a student party in the apartment above ours and didn't stop until 5am, throwing loud firecrackers which didn't let us sleep. There needs to be someone doing something about the peace of the people paying to stay there; one of the toilets was leaking when flushed; pool and other entertainment didn't work (open only in the winter, we went in the summer).

The apartment was newly refirbished and had every amenity necessary for a comfortable stay. Clean and warm. Nice sheets and towels. We had a complement of wine, coffee, and tea that was very thoughtful. The host was available for questions and helpful.

The restaurant isn't good value for money. Breakfast service is slow, items were forgotten and the only good thing was 'mekitsi'.

A place great for ski and perfect for families with kids.

Very cosy and comfortable, clean and right in front of the slope. The host was very nice and she granted free coffee as well as 2 bottles of wine.

Location is prefect !!! It is right by the slope! The room is next to the exit, so you can put your ski on right away :)

They have escalator only on the way up, which is alright. Keep in mind that on the way back one have to carry all the luggage.

Fantastic stay!

Immaculately clean place !! Beds and sofa very comfortable! 5mins walk to the slops. Host was friendly and easy to contact. There is Krups capsules coffee machine so you can bring your own capsules. Smart TV at the living room. Spa and swimming are to be paid extra and cost €15 a day. There is a free of charge ski room linked directly at the slops . Great restaurant at bloc 2 Manastirski dvor. Free parking is a challenge but there is close by paid one €8 -€10 per day. Overall we had a great time in Pamporovo.
