A very pleasant stay in Pamporovo

A nice stay in thr mountain, not crowded, convinient location. Not far aeay from Snejanka peak. You can have walks, horse riding, climbing nearby. It is recommendabke in summer to buy food supply as there arent many restaurants.

We had a very nice stay.

Comfortable apartment with great location, close to the Studenets, shops and restaurants. The hotel was clean and warm. Very quiet place with nice view.

There was no coffee machine. The sauna didn't work.

Nice apartment, very clean and very warm. The bed and pillows were excellent. The kitchen was completely equipped, with all necessary kitchen gadgets. It has a great location, but you have to climb (much more then 20 :) ) stairs and you are just next to the Students ski slopes. Everything was just as shown in the pictures. I recommend this apartment for couples and for family vacation. Zdravko, the man at the reception, was always available and he helped us whenever we asked him to.

Excellent base for summer exploration of mountains. Good communication with host, who provided great area hike ideas.

Cosy, clean place with everything you need for a homely stay

It was nice and warm throughout the apartment. The kitchen was well equipped and suitable for home cooking. The seating area was comfy and we really appreciated having the bath and the washing machine.

The bedroom curtain is very flimsy and some streetlight enters the room so it’s never fully dark. Need some more hooks and coat hangers.

Wonderful place

The apartment is warm and cozy and have everything you need for short or even long stay. Perfect location- right next to the sloops. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit it again.

Pleasant

It was cosy and with a great view. Kitchen had every cutlery we needed.

Unlike other places with fire place, here the firewood was at additional cost. As we were visiting in off ski season it was difficult getting in touch with the personnel. The apartment, even though the heating was on prior us arriving, was a bit cold and the floors were ice cold. Missing small things like salt, sugar, vinegar and oil in the kitchen. Bathroom was kinda dark with only two mirror lamps and ice cold.

Binanın asansörü olması iyidi.Odanın sıcaklığını istediğimiz gibi ayarlamak konforluydu.Otoparkının olması ve güvenliği aracımız için sorunsuzdu.Otoparkın karşısında elektrikli aracımız için şarj istasyonu vardı.Yatmak için çarşaflar temizdi.Mutfak eşyaları eski olmasına rağmen herşey vardı.

Odaya girdiğimizde temizlik yetersizdi.Halıların üstlerinde saç kıl ve benzeri kirler vardı.Yatak odasındaki yatak kırıktı,oturma odasındaki kanepe de çok konforsuzdu.Binanın odaları fazla ses geçiriyordu.

Квартира красивая, приятная и уютная, но за ней необходим уход и неравнодушие хозяев

Апарт-отель Лапландия находится рядом с основным подъёмником. Это очень удобно. Квартира оформлена со вкусом, и у неё большой потенциал. В гостиной и ванной комнате было очень тепло. И всё бы прекрасно, но...

...но очень много мелочей, сводящих преимущества квартиры на нет. Создаётся впечатление, что она бесхозная, никто её не поддерживает в хорошем состоянии: не работает радиатор в спальне; нет больших чашек для чая, но куча кофейных, а варить кофе не в чем; нет заварочного чайника; нет кухонного полотенца; тостер и чайник на одну розетку (хотя можно ведь поставить сдвоенный блок на один подрозетник); холодильник открывается от стены (посмотрите внимательно фотографию, ведь несложно перевесить дверь, чтобы было удобно!); ручка крышки кастрюли отбита; противень для духовки неприлично обшарпанный и искорёженный. Ну и довершает впечатление замызганный, весь в пятнах диван.
