Decent location.

Not enough bathrooms supply, we ran out of toilet paper , the cleaning lady left only 2 rolls. We were 3 people staying for 5 days ! I read before some feedbacks mentioning this matter and i specifically requested before check in to have enough supply and they assured me that will be ok, but it was NOT !

Great place to stay. I enjoy it very much. One of the best places I ever stayed. It was clean and very comfortable. You will find there all the things needed for a pleasant staying. The host answer quickly if you have any questions. It is located near to the chair lift for those who get there for skiing. The view is awesome. In one night I even had the chance to see two deer from my balcony window. Overall a very good location.

Nice and Cozy Experience

The apartment was very warm, clean, and beautifully arranged. It’s not very spacious, but everything needed is thoughtfully and efficiently organized. The apartment is excellently equipped, especially the kitchen —with all necessary appliances and supplies, it even had a coffee machine with capsules, tea, a multicooker, a microwave. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant place to stay.

Pretty nice place, I would recommend.

Perfect location - 5 minutes walking to reach the lift. The host was really friendly. The place was clean and well equipped with a big refrigerator, a microwave and a barbecue. The view from the window was amazing.

Even though the bed was big and comfortable, the pillows were extremely hard. There was only one toilet paper roll for all the days and we finished it on the second day. It would’ve been great if there was an oven as well.

Superb

Apatment is well equipped, warm and comfortable. Location is also very good. Close to the ski lift. Staff on the phone and email were friendly and prompt. Also we got a 30% discount card for everytime we eat in one of the resturant nearby.

Regardless of how long you stay the amenities are not topped after the intial. Means if you stay more than 2 days you need to buy your own toilet paper. Pillows are really big and uncomfortable so carry your own if you are sensitive like me.

We had a nice stay.

Nicely situated, very clean, comfortable bed matress, warm, equipped.

It is not an apartment for four people, the sofa does not open. There was only one piece of toilet paper (for 4 persons, for three days!) and when we asked for some more, the answer was negative.

Worth the price

The place was warm, clean and cozy. It is very close to the lift and also to two nice restaurants. The price is very fare for what you get.

The doors creaked a lot and if you need to use the bathroom at night prepare to wake up everyone. We greased them on our own, but it was still noisy. We stayed for 4 days and had to buy toilet paper, they don’t restock. Also, we thought there will be a toilet or a changing room somewhere in the lobby to use before check-in, there isn’t.

Great choice for a ski vacation. The apartment is very warm and comfortable. Enough room for a family with 2 kids. Nice location in the resort, close to the ski lift thanks to a shortcut through the woods. We would definitely return again next time when we go to Pamporovo..

Superb

Wonderful stay in this cosy aparthotel. The owner was helpful with the arrival info and was at our disposal in case of need (we didn't have and problems so we didn't need to contact him/her). Location is good, but for us everything was a bit more convenient with a car (because of our dogs, and shoping in market Malina). Apartment was really good, heated, with nice balcony and a living room that is inviting you to take a nap every day :) The only thing I would suggest for other guests is to bring, if they require, additional gadgets for the kitchen - it is equipped with cutlery, bread knives, wooden spoon, cutting board, plates, bowl, frying pan and a pot. The only thing that we forgot is to sign in in the guestbook, but next time we come, we will not forget :)

Nice place close to the pistes

Close to ski pistes. Warm and cozy. Everything availabe to cook your own food. Good value for the price. Good location.

It is a bit small for 4 people. The sheets felt like wet. Maybe those are artificial so better change them.The lamp in the corridor has a moving sensor and cannot be stopped. Not practical for 4 people every time when somebody goes to the toilet the lamp to be turned on. Internet was not stable.

Nice and cozy, recommend!

Nice view, spacey rooms, plenty of space for clothes and equipment, very well equipped : coffee maker (with capsules - if you wanna use it, bring your own, we couldn't find any place that sold them), kettle, dishes, cups, pans, everything you needed in the kitchen mostly. The bathroom had a boiler, everything was really clean and new. The bed, sofa and pillows were comfortable (didn't use the sofa to sleep on it), had 2 extra soft blankets in the living room. Had electric radiators in each room, including the bathroom, which you could set at any temperature you wanted and the rooms would heat up really quick. The tv was nice, we could connect our youtube and netflix accounts to it. Wifi router in the apartment. Cute balcony and view. Everything was just like in the pictures from booking. Lift and free parking next to the hotel.

The name on the hotel is "Iceberg" not Gerovi, wasn't super sure we got it right when we got there. To be fair you can see that in the pictures, but you don't really pay attention to the name of the building i guess. There was no bathtub, however small, so whenever you showered you had to clean everything up after to be able to get out, not sure why they chose this design, but again, you can see this in the pictures. There was no room service, which we didn't care about until we didn't have toilet paper anymore. Would've been nice to have some instructions on where to get some more or how to deal with the trash bags. The hotel is at the end of a pretty steep road. The boiler is pretty small, you had to set the shower to a pretty specific setting to not waste a lot of water so that 2 people can wash up one after the other. I doubt 4 people could take a shower one after the other. The wifi didn't really reach the bedroom, but to be fair the router was pretty small and in the opposite side of the apartment.

Гледката от апартамент номер 5 на тези собственици е супер - борова гора. Мястото предлага и доста място за паркинг, въпреки,че не беше много добре почистено.

Мястото не разполага с фурна, но това е разбираемо поради размерите на кухненската част, но имаше налични достатъчно чаши, чинии, прибори. Моля, опоменавайте, че точни апартамент се намира на ниво -1. Извинете, ако сте го били направили, а аз съм забравила/недогледала.

Dream vacation

Apartman je topao, udoban, ima sve što je potrebno. Sve je kao na slikama. Lokacija odlična, u borovoj šumi, idealno za dolazak sa psom kao što je bio naš slučaj. Ski lift je blizu objekta kao i restoran u kojem može da se ruča/večera. Savršen odmor!
