A super safe, super warm and with a super view small appartment!

A very good choice. Just a thing for improvement. A lot of small "things", 2nd used inside the cupboards and on the shelves. The place was clean but with these things around, seems that there was no special care by the cleaning lady or the landlord. If you want to offer sugar or coffe for example, this must be super clean, new and tidy. Nobody wants to see old sachets of spices, that are there just in case...

Nice location.

Little wardrobe space. Just one small closet. After showering, the entire bathroom floor is wet because there is no shower cabin or shower tub. The apartment is good for two people, but not for a family with children.

Few things to consider (I don't find them negatives, but one may do) - If there is a snow, there is a 20-30m steep slope to the ski gondola. If there is no snow, it might be challenging to get there. Also, returning back to the hotel over that steep slope might be a challenge if there is no snow
