Cannot recomend the stay

Twe had forest view which was nice.

Pool was very dirty, they planned to empty it on the second day of our stay. Befere that I rented robes for the hole family, after I went to the spa I desided to return two of the robes which were unused, they refused refund, reasoning I payed with a card. Which is rediculous. Kids' play room was describer as having an animator - they don't have such survice. The room had many broken items in it and genarally was durty/ dusty. Heat in the room was unbearable, heaters regulation button was broken.

The smell in the room , the dark and foggy water in the pool, the smell in sauna , the price for jacuzzi , the options for breakfast , the icy roads .

The room was big and comfortable but we can hear the music from the restaurant until 22.30 at least

I really expected more from the food. The breakfast was the same all 4 mornings in our stay, the salads in the dinner block table were very nice but the other food was tastless :(((

We pay full price and receive half bathroom

The location is very nice, the bedroom and livingroom are ok. It was warm.

There are only a few cutlery and bowls in the kitchen and no plates. There is no pan or pot in witch you can cook. The bathroom was very bad ....the shower cubicle had only one door from two, the mirror shell was chipped, and the ceiling lamp hangs. In 5 days they change the towels only in second day. I reported the bathroom problems to reception but they did absolutely nothing

It was quite and had good privacy

It wasn’t cleaned at all. The fridge wasn’t work and also the building wasn’t situated at comfortable place (for example next to supermarket or even the restaurant of the hotel)

Not worth the money at all…

Most of the staff were rude and uncooperative except the waiters, they were nice. Apartment was cold, hot water is not enough for two people, but the apartment can accommodate at least 3 people. Spa was a tragedy. Small pool with cold water, one sauna doesn’t work, the other is not warm at all, you have to pay for jacuzzi. Also if you want a robe for the spa you have to pay 5 leva… Most rude person was the lady in tavern, every nigh she is asking for reservations and one day you decide to make one and you have to call multiple numbers to find hers just to tell you that you cannot make reservation because you don’t have pre-paid block table…

Excellent food , comfortable bed and apartment was ok .

Unpleasant staff on the reception . In the hotel can not pay by card and exchange office doesn't exist . You mast go in the centar of Pamporovo to change you money for local money . In the room , noise could be heard from other rooms and filed smell from the kitchen.

It is ok worth the money

We liked the space of the rooms and close to ski traks.spa was ok too. Dinner had a lot of variety

Breskfast was not very good desert was terroble not a lot of variety the lift didnt work for 3 days 3rd floor not nice not very clean in the rooms and there was this lady wanted to control where you sit you couldnt take a bigger table control freek we spent a lot on drinks and snacks and coffee and my child brought chips from his room to the lobby she wad all over us omg it made all the experiance in the hotel from 3 stars to 1.The lady in the spa was also umpleasant.

Excellent location, plenty of food, not so good room conditions and cleanliness.

There was plenty of food to choose from, but the food wasn't the best one. Enough space for everyone, small and large families to accommodate.

We had an apartment which was at 5th floor, there was something wrong with the vibrations in the building as the glass for the light in the bedroom was vibrating producing noise. Also there were 2 switches on the lobby of the apartment which were making short-circuit noises, fortunately I've turned them off (they were from the boiler and for the radiator in the bathroom). The property host should check and replace them to avoid a fire.
