Great stay in Pamporovo, will visit again soon.

Very close to the slopes. Ski shop on site. The property was very clean, all brand new and clean. Fully kitted. I am not sure it’s listed but we had one bathroom and an en suite so that was a bonus. The landlady was very helpful and quickly responded to needs such as replenishing coffee capsules etc.

The bathroom had an unpleasant odour but think it was related to the pipes. Not great but it wouldn’t stop me from rebooking.

Good, but for the people with good mobility

The apartment itself was clean and nice, quite comfortable.

The facilities of the Grand Monastery are too large, hard to get around with a stroller and almost impossible to go down with one.

Below average, fortunately comfortable, unfortunately not worth the money.

It was very clean and comfortable

We paid a lot of money for no spa, a small apartment and the bowling and pool facilities had misleading prices. When we went to the bar to pay, the staff was very rude and told us those prices were “outdated”. The actual prices were idiotic. 5 BGN for a pool table that was small and not maintained, dirty and with low quality equipment (sticks and balls). 10 BGN per game PER PERSON for bowling is ridiculous. We were 4 people and were not going to pay 40 BGN for a 15 minute game of bowling.

Great location, friendly host! Spa was not working though, which was a bummer.

Location - ski in - ski out!

Spa and pool was closed, which was unexpected. The owner has no fault though. We did not receive any compensation which could have been applicable and fair. Parking is a bit scarce, but still available.

Locația curată, dotată cu toate necesare și foarte aproape de pârtie. Loc de parcare găsit cu ușurință.

Faptul că pentru a ajunge la apartament trebuie să urci cinci etaje cu scările rulante (care uneori nu merg), să parcurgi încă un hol lung, și apoi încă trei etaje cu liftul. FOARTE DIFICIL având în vedere că lumea are și bagaje!!!
