Ski Holidays

A fair and honest stay for the price. For under €120 for three people, the hotel was perfectly acceptable. The room was clean, simple, and comfortable, and there was convenient parking available. The only real downside was the breakfast, which was quite disappointing. A taxi to the Studenets ski center costs €15. Overall, for a three‑person stay around €100, I would choose this hotel again.

Interior was very cosy and there was a Christmas decoration, fireplace and awesome view to the mountain

The breakfast was unhealthy and low quality; the table cloths were dirty so the dishes; better do not offer any breakfast as it is not an added value but rather a disadvantage;

Look no further

We loved everything. But first thing we need to mention is Anatoly our host (and then Alex). They were great. Very warm and welcoming and helped us with everything and were very generous! We even played volleyball together which was great fun. The villla itself has everything you need and more. Very clean and tidy. Great location. Just what we wanted. So we highly recommend staying there. And again we all wish to thank Anatoly ! We would love to come back in the future.

Firefly was the best

The service was exceptional. Customer satisfaction was number one priority. The apartment was spacious with big rooms and terrace. Everything was clean. The breakfast (included in the price) was very tasty. Literally there wasn't a single thing to complain about.

A very helpful host attended to all our needs. Shuttle to the ski lift Malina 2 reachable within 5min. Cosy fireplace in the room. Spacious and clean apartments. Will definitely visit again. Direct view of the Snezhanka TV tower from the balcony.

Nice people, close to Malina Ski Centre

Hosts were quite nice and always on reachable by phone or viber. Communication was easy. Food was quite decent and we were usually fine with the options as they were quite traditional and that's what you want.

I think cleaning could've been more regular. We had a baby who was crawling everywhere on the floor and for 5 days stay it was a bit gross by the 5th day.

A lovely stay!

The 1-bedroom apartment was lovely and the hosts gave us everything we asked for promptly - salt, firewood, paper towels. The breakfasts they made and served us at the apartment were absolutely lovely - the mekitsi, ham & kashkaval sandwiches, omelets - everything was delicious. I'd absolutely recommend!

I loved the space in the apartment - comfortable living room with a couch and a fire place .nice size bedroom , dining room . Giant balcony with a view of the forest . Extremely friendly stuff + def going back here and highly recommend to anyone else !!

Superb

The rooms (and the balcony) were very spacious, with plenty of storage space in the bedroom.

The kitchen could be better equipped - with towel and mops for example. The boiler in the bathroom was not big enough and was enough only for one woman ;) Due to COVID the breakfast was not prepared in the hotel, so it was not the greatest. It included complementary fruits which was nice.
