Fine no more.boring place and suspicious owner

Clean apartments with nice view The owner was available and answered about all our questions.

When we come to make check out They asked us to wait for the cleaner to inspect the apartments and the cleaner came back claiming that we had took towels..of course this was far from reality and she just didn't look hard enough. We felt very uncomfortable and it embarrassed us a lot. A terrible and embarrassing feeling. I don't recommend going there The very hurt us and delay us for almost 30 min. The mattress are terrible and the water didn't pass in one shower and we told them but they ignore that. so we needed to take a shower only in one shower it was terrible.

Lovely apartment and excellent value.

Beautiful view and quiet location. Very nicely equipped and great kitchen. Lovely balcony where we ate most of our meals. Spotlessly clean apartment and all furnishings were in good condition. The host was friendly and very responsive. We will definitely stay again. Great value!

The bed is a little hard but that is typical of Bulgaria.

Exceptional

Everything was great! The apartments were clean and cozy and for a good price. The view was awesome and the location is perfect if you want to just relax. If you went there to ski is a bit far but there is also a shuttle provided. That was the first trip for my baby and i believe he also liked it 🤗 Big thanks to our host Milena!

Nice view, family destination

The view was amazing, the apartment was a three bedroom apartment, two bathrooms with bathtub which were amazing. The fireplace gave a cosy and warm welcome.

The heating was off on the second day till 23h which is unacceptable in a place where the temperatures weren’t so low but then again it’s a mountain, there was snow and it’s February. They charged me 25lv for a extra bucket of wood, yes I agreed, yes this is a ski destination, but given the price payed they could at least charge you less.

I like it was cosy, warm , kitchen is loaded with everything you need, except coffee, I would appreciate to have some. it was very clean. sofa in the living room is quite big and allows comfortable sleeping

El apartamento es perfecto, tiene todas las comodidades y está totalmente equipado. Tiene una chimenea, las camas son muy cómodas y las vistas son espectaculares. Destacar la amabilidad de la recepcionista, y por supuesto mencionar: el jacuzzi de agua calentita que te renueva la energía. Sin duda volveremos, merciiiiiii

Прекрасна почивка за семейство с две деца!

Големина на апартамента, имаше всичко необходимо за нашия престой, местоположението на хотела е на много тихо и спокойно място с неповторимо красива гледка! Има СПА център включен в цената, който има сауна, инфрачервена сауна, ледена кофа, контрастни душове за крака, джакузи с чиста и топла вода. Има и детски център с много хубави и качествени играчки за децата.

Дръжките на вратите доста скърцаха и трудно се затваряха, което беше рисково да не събуди децата. Ключът беше само един, което е неудобно. Нямаше съдомиялна, но това не беше голям проблем.

Страхотен избор за почивка

Всичко ни хареса, точно до гората, тишина и спокойствие. Невероятна гледка към Снежанка. Апартаментът беше много удобен, с всичко, което може да ти потрябва, за да се чувстваш като у дома си. Разрешено е за кучета. Определено ще се върнем отново!

Матраците на леглата бяха прекалено меки за моя вкус. Може би липсата на тераса, но и така гледката беше внушителна.
