It’s definitely worth it! The place is nice, the service is good and the location is excellent - 1 minute to the slope :

The location was great! The service, the restaurants and the cafe on the top floor were very good, as well.

Poor parking, rude staff, WiFi in room didn’t work and cleaner kept trying to come in at 7an every morning- just walked in even when shouted no thank you.

Clean rooms , but would not recommend for beginner skiers or families

The ski in ski out was on the 8th floor with escalator only going up , long walk down Bar staff in lobby weren't great ignoring you to speak with locals. Early morning flight meant to bell boy and having to bring luggage down 5 flights of stairs with baby & child. Not family friendly

Could be better

Next to the slopes. Clean and spacious apparent. Some fine restaurants in the area (not in the building though). It was also fairly quiet, apart from the dog next door that its owners left alone for hours and was crying all day.

Some red flags 1. Water boiler was dripping flooding the bathroom all the time. A mop was available as a solution to this problem 2. The apartment was on the 4th floor 2nd building which meant some distance between the flat and the ski room. Specially when the escalator broke down. 3. Such apartments should have some basics, such as salt and pepper, maybe some sugar too. 4. Parking is a nightmare. Got some damage on the car after all. My fault... should be more careful. 5. Ski room was practical but it needs some touch ups. More light and a way to dry the floor

It has a great location. The staff were attentive and friendly.

The hotel is a wreck. I understand it is off season, but if they are admitting customers, I would be expecting at least at the Atrium to be inviting. There were folded carpets and other trash…

Restaurant was nice

the pool and sauna now have HUGE charges to use them. One of the reasons we stay there is to use these. The parking is absolutely abysmal. None of this was communicated. Never going back.

Excellent place for a winter break...

I loved the closeness to the ski slopes the most. The flat was also good value for money compared to similar properties in the same property complex. The fireplace made the place quite cosy. Friendly hotel staff!

Not enough hot water and being quite cold in the bathroom. The following is about the building amenities rather than the flat itself. The restaurant 'Mehana' on the 2nd level, is with substandard cooking and substandard products used for their dishes despite being highly expensive. SPA centre is not free, it costs 30 levas, although there is only one sauna and a pool.

It was fine, but the hotel did not meet my expectations

Proximity to the slopes. It was clean and cosy.

We had to go through several escalators to reach the apartment. On the way back, the only option was staircases. No lifts. The parking was full most of the time, so I had to go to a nearby parking. I did not like the restaurant. The food was too salty. Note that it is not authentic Bulgarian cuisine. That was bad luck - the swimming pool was not working.
