Dirty water pipes go through the downstairs bedroom and they flush on top of your head as bed is in front of it. Outsid

Absolutely nothing! False advertisement with false pictures.

To start with we ( my husband, I and our 2 year old made a booking from Ireland for 5 days. Our reservation stated 1 br Vila. Nowhere did it state that we would be in the first floor of a house with another two apartments on the second floor. I called to make sure that it would be quiet enough at night and there would be no parties at night around us, as we have a small child. I was reassured it is very quiet and warm. When we got there we were unpleasantly surprised with how cold it was inside and that we are not in a Vila but a first floor with fully occupied on second floor. We were very annoyed that it was stone cold inside. It was in February and we arrived late night. Over the phone I was told there wasn’t much snow but it is warm inside with floor heating and the kids can run outside, also there is a playground if the weather permits. The images on booking are amazing and we were so excited until we saw the plays in day light. We never slept as the upstairs were up all night. The dirty water pipe runs through the downstairs inside, directly behind the bed so everyone someone used the bathroom upstairs you feel as if they are flushing the water in top of you. Our two year old would wake up with every flush scared and crying. Beds are beyond uncomfortable, only two pillows- the worst ones where you lay how a few minutes on one side and your side goes completely numb. Floor is completely cold with heating on. We called booking at 5am in the morning to explain how we were robed of our money with false advertisement and that we can not stay there even a min more. We left the place 6am on the first day there from 5 day reservation. Upon leaving in daylight you can see the grounds, as if it is a construction site/ junkyard, scrap metal, wood, rusty pipes and nails, empty bottles or car oil and many more.

Everything was perfect! The man that owns the place was very friendly and instructed us how to turn on the sauna and the jacuzzi when we showed up to stay there. The views were breathtaking. The villas are very clean! Highly recommend!!!

wonderful location. Short trip to slopes as we had hired a car. Small playground and sledges available for children. Cabin was perfect for us. We arrived late, after 10.30 pm, and hosts were waiting with a smile and keys.
