Please stop reading my review and reserve the place ! You are wasting time ! This is for sure the best house in Devin and maybe the best I ever been. It locate on the highest point of the town so you have the best view in the world. if this is not enough, you can watch this amazing view from the big terrace or big garden or jacuzzi - you just need to pick whatever you like more ... It is 2 min driving from the center, 5 min drive from the main road. The owners are nice and friendly (they speak only bulgarian but they have family member which speak english) and welcome you upon checkin face-to-face.

Amazing!

Very private and extremely clean! The hosts were amazing and very helpful! There are restaurants that deliver to the house, although the gas barbecue in the garden is also very nice to prepare a nice lunch/dinner. The jacuzzi is very nice and big.

Exceptional

A very large and spacious house in the town of Devin. The house is divided into 2 floors. Entrance hall 2 large bedrooms that include a double bed + a child's bed. There is also a bed for a baby. Each room includes a toilet and shower. There is an additional space, a kitchen and a living room together with all the necessary equipment. Everything is clean and tidy at a high level, including a large refrigerator, a dishwasher, a coffee machine and a washing machine. Very good wifi network. In addition, there is a large wooden balcony with a sitting area and 2 sunbeds, each facing the amazing view of the forest and the mountains surrounding the city. In the second part of the house - lower part there is a large gas grill and a sitting table. Adjacent is a living room with a separate room for the sauna. In this part there is also a large garden with games for children. Each apartment sits on an amazing view of the surrounding forest and mountains.

Pleasant

The property is very specious, plenty of room even for 2 (small) families. The kitchen is well equipped. The town + mountains view is very nice, and so is the small playground in the yard. The host was very reachable via Whatsapp, helping us with checkin (although we were late) and to find activities and places to eat.

The property was not comfort for us: - The mattresses, the pillows etc - No central heating (April is COLD!), so AC was needed, but it is noisy, drying and not working in bathrooms. - No baths, nor shower enclosure - So in the April cold we just skipped showering the kids... - Floor is very noisy. When anyone is awake - everyone must be awake too. - I don't understand how one can enjoy the sauna, since there is no shower next to it and you have to go outdoors after sauna to reach the main house showers... The location is not good, at the outskirt of a non-central town, where all roads are long and very curvy. There is little to do in the town itself (although few trails around).

Great place! Landscapes, mountains, rivers, and especially people.

This is just a wonderful home in a great location. A secluded area where no one bothers you is located in an ideal location among the mountains - if it were a little higher, there would no longer be a sense of the grandeur of the mountain landscape around. And if it was located lower, then such a beautiful view would not exist. Just WOW! The house itself is planned as ergonomically and comfortably as possible - a large living room and 2 wings with bedrooms and individual toilets and showers in each bedroom. From the amenities there is everything you might need - a coffee machine, stove, microwave, washing machine, sauna and a great gas grill. Separately, it is worth mentioning the huge balcony with an incredible view that you can enjoy on the sun loungers. A place you simply don't want to leave and one of the most beautiful places we've been. Last on the list, but not least, are homeowners. The help and support they provided while we were visiting was beyond praise. We express our gratitude to them and put the highest rating on the house. Thank you, we'll be back for more!

Мястото е перфектно. Има прекрасен изглед. В края на града е. Много тихо и спокойно място. Домакините бяха много любезни и ни казаха кои места да посетим. Ако ходим отново в Девин със сигурност юе отседнем отново там. Препоръчвам го за семейства.

Prachtig huis, wel wat verouderd.

Prachtig groot huis met 2 slaapkamers én elk 3 bedden. Heerlijke tuin met jacuzzi en buitenkeuken. 2 badkamers met beide wc en douche. De bedden waren allemaal verschillend dus voor ieder wat wils! De jacuzzi was heerlijk en de ligstoelen in de tuin ook. De weber gas bbq was ook top! Er is een goede wasmachine aanwezig. Lekkere dikke badjassen in verschillende maten en slippers. De gastheer en gastvrouw zijn heel vriendelijk. Spreken bulgaars en Russisch. Via app kan je in het Engels spreken met een contactpersoon.

Het huis ligt helemaal bovenaan het dorp via een hele slechte weg bereikbaar. De keuken is verouderd en de het servies en bestek ook. Is echt aan vervanging toe. Er is geen vaatwasser en je moet dus zelf afwassen. Theedoeken kennen ze niet. Alles gaat met keukenrol... De bank in de woonkamer is aan vervanging toe. Zo ook het setje op het balkon. Hier ligt laminaat onder de kussens tegen doorzakken. Zit echt voor geen meter.

Домакините са топли и невероятно гостоприемни хора! Къщата е като къстче от Рая, невероятно място, на което няма начин човек да не се върне отново. Няма нещо необходимо ,за което да се сетите и да го няма. Изключително уютно място за компании и прекрасно място за семейства с децата. Незабравимо място, оценка от 1 до 10 - 11!!!
