The cabin is well designed, thoughtfully furnished and kitted out, and immaculately clean. The weather was wild at times during our stay but it was peaceful and cosy in the cabin. We’ve stayed in similar cabins in the past where the bathroom has been a compromise, but this one is a good size with an excellent shower. The cabin is located with a beautiful view over the loch, and its location near Carbost - where there’s a shop, pub, the Oyster Shed, Talisker distillery and Caora Dhubh coffee - was ideal. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, and we hope for a return visit soon!

This was the perfect stay for us! Should be 5 stars! Quaint, private, clean, friendly, and great location! We explored the fairy pools and Talisker Distillery and had a great place to land at the cabin. We were able to cook for ourselves in the well stocked kitchen which was great after a long day of hiking and driving. It was also wonderful to be able to do laundry. Laying in bed with the spectacular view and a cup of tea was just the icing on the cake! Bravo Mike and Helen! Thank you!
