Location is outstanding. Just a few minutes from the heads of the valleys A road, and easy drive to reservoir and Nuedd car park for the brecons. Reservoir and village lovely, red cow inn was good for dinner. Plenty of space in the dining & living room for 7 guests.
The floors were pretty dirty, white socks didn’t stay white long. The bunk room was pretty tight and had no accessible wall sockets. The the upper bunks could have really done with a shelf to put your things on. The turning into the driveway had a pretty bad pothole which made it challenging for lower cars.

The location was perfect, really easy access to shops (via a short drive), there were a couple of nice pubs in the village and albeit you could start a walk from the cottage itself, we chose to take a short drive to different locations, but again, very easy to do.
The garden wasn't great, there had obviously been some work undertaken recently on the fence and shed because there was lots of leftover building materials and rubbish left lying about. The fence wasn't very dog secure either.

It was clean and has got lots of character. Rooms are well decorated and well maintained.
Access is tricky . Difficult to get to.
