The house itself was very nice. However, the outside areas — particularly the terrace — were quite dirty upon arrival. I would have expected this to be properly cleaned before guests check in, as it significantly impacts the overall experience. Apart from that, everything else was fine. As a suggestion, it would be great to have an electric car charging station available at the property. One additional point: we noticed that other guests received a glass of prosecco upon arrival, which we did not. It would be appreciated if this could be applied consistently for all guests.

Finally, if possible, an earlier check-in without additional cost would be a great enhancement to the guest experience.

Great cabins in woods, felt private, calm and spacious. Log burner was so cosy. BBQ easy to use and big hot tub. Comfortable mattresses.

Only 1 hand towel between 2. Under equipped kitchen for 6 people if you want to cook and eat in. Pillows very hard.

Property was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Everything had its place and you had everything you needed to have a great break away. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. If you need information regarding the area and walks then speak to Maz as she was fantastic and couldn’t do enough for us as a group. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing that quite tranquil break. Also a great location if you’re a bike enthusiast going to bike park wales as it was about 10 minutes away from here.

Road to cabin could be a bit better. However I understand the location af them.
