Really nasty expensive dirty and smelly.

It had free parking and it had underfloor heating.

Luxury twin!! That's a joke! We had to pay a £25 damage waiver after you booked and after the free cancellation period had passed. It is non refundable, regardless of any breakages. I received a message saying thank you for leaving the room in pristine condition once we had left, well of course,we always do! I was really annoyed about the sneaky extra payment that we weren't told about at the time of booking. The room smelt of poo, we had to fumigate it on arrival, the floor hadn't been cleaned , you could see dirty sticky patches. The toilet had pee in it. There were large spider webs behind trapped between the wall and the wardrobe that were clearly visible. The table where the kettle and toaster were was dirty with the previous guests breadcrumbs. It is very expensive for what it is, essentially a hostel. If you want a hostel, there are cheaper, cleaner, more ideally located hostels in Newcastle. If you want a luxury twin, don't choose this one, look elsewhere.

I told the waiter that I needed a microwave oven and he brought one to me. I felt very good.

I stayed for five nights. I felt that the garbage bags were not enough.
