Clean useful property .. good connection and parking. Relatively quiet and spacious. Good support staff
Our neighbour was smoking coughing and I think was having weed which smelled in the corridors .. it would be helpful to keep cctv in corridors .. and also regular checks. But it was quite safe

Easy check in and check out procedure. Location is a short walk into the city and nice and quiet compared to other stays in the city centre. I would recommend this location. Beds were comfy and bathroom had good pressure.
I would warn that there is a hidden costs with verification of approx 7 quid or a deposit which is not advertised and I also found some old food in the fridge which was less than ideal but other than that no issues.

Room was clean
Hiden £25 damage waiver fee after I thought I was getting the room for the price shown, then to find out the hotel demands a damage waiver fee Hiden in their ID checking system.
