Better presentation .

It was near to the theatre. Nice house for the night.

Some of tge house had damages , the tv was off the wall the light switch wasnt screwed on properly some of te blunds were broken , there was a damaged foor , the house waa cold , the front door lock didnt open properly tgere was a lot of nouse on the street early hours when ny daughter was asleep , the tv was off the wall and wasntvworking , no xaddys to put tea abd coffecin squeaky door cojld of been cleaned better . Overall itcwas ok for the night .

Its a basic apartment close to amenities.

Very easy to get keys from the key box at front door and messaging before hand with code and time for arrival was ideal. Parking outside which is perfect. Great communication from hosts ( i messaged regarding heating and got a reply straight away) comfortable beds. We slept great. We went for the northen lights and the apartment was within walking distance. We also went to the metro centre which is a 15/20 min drive.

Basic accommodation which we expected but we had been to supermarket on arrival and bought pizzas to make once there. The smell from oven was very overpowering like a smell i cant describe. The microwave was also out of use as it had some sort of solvent container inside it? No idea what it was? No lamp in the livingroom area. The one there had exposed wires and no bulb.

Carpets threadbare, Bathrooms moldy and kitchen smelled of eggs. Not enough seats, cups, glasses for 5 people. No tea or coffee provided. Food Warehouse over the road opened 6am noisy. On a main road so traffic noise was very loud and busy all night long.

Clean but very basic

Easy entry, spacious, clean and tidy

While everything was clean and tidy this is a very basic apartment. The door to the street needs a new frame as the lock doesn't feel safe, there's a hole in the wall where a handle has hit it repeatedly, no towels in the master, bedding was clean but very wrinkled, no tea/coffee, no lamps in bedrooms, poor communication, tv wasn't tuned so could only be watched on apps, soap dispenser broken, no mirror in bathroom, shower in en suite leaks, no hot water in whole apartment. No information about appliances etc. Street noise woke me in night.

It was basic but clean and served its purpose. The beds were clean and so were the bathrooms, lounge area and kitchen. There were clean towels too. There was some cutlery and crockery and a clean fridge. WiFi was available and a working television set. The place was easy to find. There was plenty of space on the road to park the car. Plenty of shops nearby. The owner was helpful when I called about parking and the code for the key box.

For our purpose, the place was perfect. We just needed beds for the night so we did not have to travel through the early hours of the morning. But maybe a tea towel to dry the dishes would have helped. But I am not complaining. For the cost, it was definitely good.

Very surpised how good this was.

Arrived at the property, unlocked the key-coded box besides the door and opened the door. Straight upstairs to the rooms. I discovered 1 bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower was ideal and better than anticipated) and a double bed, another bedroom with a double and single bed. Walking around I found the living room with the WIFI box (there were 2 routers - go for the white one, the code for the black one does not work. There was TV and a table that was perfect for me to work at. Then there was the kitchen. It had Cooker microwave, fridge kettle and a washing machine. Leading off from the bathroom was another shower. Outside there were a few restaurants which I wish I had known about as I would not have stopped and bought some food on the way. Also an ATM not far away. I had a very good nights sleep. This was crucial and very much appreciated. The cleaner came before I left, I was running a little late. She kindly helped me get a taxi as I was struggling. Very kind of her.

No Wardrobes to hang my clothes. Washing Machine was full and made the kitchen smell damp. Wanted to use it, but opted not to.

Very pathetically managed apartment, Spacious and in a very good location

Location is very good.. Size of the unit, two bathrooms and dining table are also appreciable.

All furniture are old and in bad shape WiFi was poor. The centre carpet and sofa set seems collected from disposal area. There was a foul smell. We requested for a room freshener spray,which was not provided... No cupboards, no consumables.. Old kitchen utensils...

The sofas smelled very bad and there was a lot of smell in the bed too. There was a lot of smell in the whole house. My family does not like the house, It was very old .

Apartment was fine for the price but the surrounding area brought it down.

Apartment was clean and had all the facilities you need.

Area was very noisy, lorries were unloading nearby at 5am which was a disturbance. The curtains need improving, light was coming through the blinds. Toilet light switch was not working.

A favourite

Pretty much everything. The location is 25mins walk to the city, pubs and city hall . The area is quiet and I felt safe as a female traveller, plenty of shops, Iceland down the road for alcohol, and loads of takeouts and a restaurant over the road. Easy to get into flat and beds lovely and comfy. Netflix on TV. Will stay again.

Could do with another settee, and the stairs could do with painting. Didn't try the shower but mate said his was low in pressure but lovely and hot.

The property was easy to access via key safety box. Spacious is very true! Very impressed with the size of the Property, also loved the en suite! The property was clean, well presented and very comfortable. Great stay for me, my son and his friend!

Only negative was finding the right door in the dark, managed to get parked a little further down the road but no real issues!

The place was dirty , shower broken , batteries not in carbon monoxide alarm , pillows just broken foam , towels bleached and thin thread bear. Dirty sofa pillows. Carpet not hoovered. Oven was disgusting, washing up sponge used before

Handy place to sleep for a visit to SJP or The City, if you don't mind staying somewhere basic.

Location handy for SJP. Easy check in. Good communication from host. The heating warms the place up quickly. Simple accommodation for those on a budget. Good Indian restaurant right across the road.

Either the bed or the floor was sloping badly in one of the rooms. So much so that I had to put my head at the feet end. The shower water pressure is very weak. The accommodation has a "studenty" feel to it. Stark and empty, but it's cheaper than staying in a hotel.

Niet voor herhaling vatbaar.

De ruime opzet en 2 badkamers en slaapkamers was erg prettig. Wel is de meubilering erg schaars en gericht op alleen een kort verblijf voor de nacht.

Er hing een hele vieze lucht in het appartement. Dat bleek te komen van een oude maaltijd die nog in de oven stond. De beheerder heeft wel direct iemand gestuurd om het oude eten weg te halen en terugstorten van de huur te regelen. Helaas heeft hij zich hier niet aan gehouden en hebben we geen geld terug gekregen. Ook niet nadat ik met hem hen gebeld en booking.com contcat met hem heeft opgenomen. Ook geeft de buurt geen hele veilige indruk. We waren dankbaar dat onze auto de volgende morgen nog onbeschadigd in de straat stond.
