Rubbish dont waste your time.

The owner is terrible. Absolutely useless Paid for house paid for damage waver. Uploaded my driving licence and apparently I live to close to his little house so he i cant rent it. He cancelled on me as I was sitting waiting for the keys outside his property. DO NO RENT OF THIS OWNER

Perfect location, cosy and comfortable

Beautiful, modern apartment in a great location with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, hosts were friendly and helpful and responsive to our questions and requests, check in was easy and quick, 20 minute walk to city centre, quiet area, lovely touches such as tea bags and chocolates. Would highly recommend.

Great accommodation in a great location

Lovely comfortable apartment with everything you need. Very clean and warm (we stayed in December). Close to the city centre although there's a bus stop at the end of the road. A shop is a short stroll away for daily bread and milk. Would definitely recommend

I like the overall apartment. It has a nice bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and living room. It was all nice. I especially really liked the kitchen layout.

There are no particular things that I/We don’t like. Perhaps the dining table location could be improved. There are 4 chairs, but due to the location and limited space, we could only use 2 chairs. We also didn’t expect the second bedroom to be a folding bed in living room—perhaps we just didn’t notice that in description. But it was minor and still very okay.

Avoid at all costs

Not much to like, it’s definitely not as nice as the pictures make it look. It’s not a great area and you are treated like dirt by the management company!

Massively regrettable decision to stay here! They only say you need photo ID when you book (I have my NHS work ID)when you have paid, they say they will only accept a driving license or passport (I have neither) and they just say it’s non-negotiable and you aren’t entitled to a refund, they just will not allow you to stay if you don’t have either. I booked at the last minute on Christmas Eve to go away on Boxing Day, so had to spend a large part of my Christmas Day trying to get this resolved (I was working nights and should have been asleep). Even when Booking.com resolved it, they still didn’t send me the code for the key box, I had to chase them to get that but they gave me the wrong code! We’d had a long drive to Newcastle, arrived busting for the loo and had to sit on the floor in the lobby while they argued with me on the phone that they had sent the right code, made out I was an idiot because I couldn’t get it to work, then they hung up on me. Eventually they sent the correct code and claimed that’s what they had told me in the first place, despite clearly written evidence it wasn’t. The list of rules and regulations make you feel like a naughty school child and you can’t enjoy your stay because you are worried you will inadvertently break a rule and lose your security bond. I will avoid any property managed by these people, I’d rather stay at home

Self-catering spot to unwind in comfort.

This is a very cute flat with one bedroom and a pull-down bed in the lounge. I was alone so it felt palatial. The kitchen had everything you could need for self-catering and it was very comfortable for a few days stay. After a month of travelling it was also a great location for a rest day as I could just relax in the lounge and sort out my own meals. A real home from home. It was also a good base from which to visit some spots along Hadrian's Wall.

This is not a negative about the property but a tip for travelers who do not have their own transport: If you arrive at the station and have a lot of luggage it might be a good idea to take the bus or a taxi to the property as part of the walk includes a long incline. In addition, while there is a convenience store a few hundred meters away the choice is limited so it might be easiest to pick up some supplies at the station.

This was a very bad experience.

lies . distance from centre was a lie . The fact that they sent me endless emails telling me how to behave otherwise I would have my deposit taken . At least ten times . I felt like a criminal before I entered the property. Worried about making any kind of mistake. This is undoubtedly the worst place I’ve ever been acquainted with ; and I have been to many BDC properties. Disgraceful.. This is a corporation who care less about the guests and more about money . Filthy dirty sheets on entry . Bed not made . Noisy Boiler . No curtains in the bedroom initially. One saucepan which was dirty and the handle about to fall off . Too many problems. Nasty .

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!! DO NOT USE “ PASS THE PROPERTY “ Absolutely appalling what they accused us of. They have charged us £40 for “extra cleaning” and accused of leaving the house dirty and left spilt milk on the kitchen counter, THIS IS UNTRUE as we have left the house clean and even provided proof of what the place looked like when we left as we took photos of every single rooms. Disgusting and dishonest people. I wish them nothing but karma! AVOID AVOID AVOID !!

Fantastic location, comfortable stay!

The location was fantastic within walking distance of city centre and metro lines. The bedroom and living room/kitchen/dining areas were very comfortable and had everything needed for our stay. Lovely quality bedding and plenty of towels. Very clean and welcoming. Excellent communication and instructions for our arrival - Would definitely stay again!

The bathroom was the only thing that let the apartment down. It was dated and in need of some general repairs (broken toilet seat, holes in flooring, sealant missing around the corner of the bath side)
