Were going to watch the football so location was ideal, great parking facilities, all communications and correspondence before during and after our stay were fabulous. Not staffed but that didn’t matter a jot, instructions for getting access were very clear, all good.
There’s a process for paying a non refundable deposit on top of the booking which I hadn’t understood when I booked it. Just be good to make that clearer at the moment of booking.

The room was very clean and great for a short stay. The owner/staff replied quickly to any online queries and were very polite and friendly in those messages. Everything was explained prior to getting there.
Building was very quiet.
The free parking was a bonus and very handy. Less than 5 mins drive into the city.
The Indian restaurant next door was very nice after a long drive.
The building felt a bit eerie with there being no staff there. Some of the furnishings need a bit of TLC Wasn't sure about the place at first as I was with my young son, but once we'd settled it was absolutely fine and we were happy. Would likely use again.

Very comfortable bed. Free parking on site. Walking distance to Newcastle centre and St James Park.
Could have been cleaner. Bedding and towels were clean but room not cleaned properly. On leaving I always check that I haven’t left anything and when I looked under the bed there was an item of clothing, a plastic water bottle and an empty can as well as a lot of dust. The curtain was also not big enough to cover the window.
