The location was ideal
The lift didn’t work, I have mobility problems, the bottles of toiletries were not there

Were going to watch the football so location was ideal, great parking facilities, all communications and correspondence before during and after our stay were fabulous. Not staffed but that didn’t matter a jot, instructions for getting access were very clear, all good.
There’s a process for paying a non refundable deposit on top of the booking which I hadn’t understood when I booked it. Just be good to make that clearer at the moment of booking.

*It wasn't that clean
*Bathroom tap leaking everytime in use, leaks to the floor.
*Window seat full i mean full of stains
*Curtain half falling off
*2 hangers only (hangers not expensive)
*No sound proofing could hear our neighbours room 102 as if they're in the same room with us.
*Single glazed windows could hear traffic and outdoor noise as if the window was open. But maybe thats room 101.
*No wall sockets near the bedside.
*2 day stay never saw a receptionist, needed the iron.
