I stayed here for 3 weeks. The room was great. It had lots of storage space, all the utensils I needed to cook with, new appliances, broom and mop, and a good hot water heater for the shower. It included basic toiletries and coffee/tea which I hadn't expected. I was told if I ran out of anything, including TP and trash bags, that I could request more. Everything worked properly and it felt like a great value. There were also very nice common areas. The location isn't in the touristic part of town but it's not a long walk, only 10-15 minutes. It's only a few blocks from the train station which was really nice. It's really close to the stadium, too -- I recommend seeing a football game if it's in season. That was one of the most fun things I've ever experienced.

Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Most of the shared spaces required asking permission to use, so they didn't get used often. The wifi that they provided booking.com guests is basically unusable -- it didn't work in my room at all and I only got 3mbps maximum in shared spaces. One front desk person told me as a non-student I wasn't eligible to use the other type of internet; thankfully another person gave me access or it would have been a very big problem for me. The other internet was much better. Lastly and not the property's fault, don't expect to meet friends here -- everyone was very quiet and kept to themselves.

Close to the city and to the university. Very reasonabæy priced. Lovely staff.

The matrass was bumpy

The apartment/studio was really clean and well equipped with everything you need including toiletries, washing up liquid etc Toaster kettle microwave and hob very useful Bathroom was well equipped with good shower Good storage Staff were friendly and helpful Property is very safety conscious which was good for me travelling on my own About 7 mins walk to the railway station

My pillow was a bit flat but I was offered an extra one

The cooker is my tool did not work and the whole reason I booked the stay was to cook my own food but had to end up paying to eat out so that was not good
