Well situated for my purposes. 2nd floor location was perfect. Access and egress were flexible to my requirements.
Too hot with little in the way of efficient ventilation. Bedding is at the low end of quality; pillows too thin and soft, duvet covering cheaper than expected.

Very spacious and very handy for keeping a band together. Amenities were excellent, beds were brilliant. Apartments are definitely the way forward.
Being stood outside for a while unfortunately trying to arrange a code for the key. The one given was incorrect and we were left baffled. But managed to sort it. These things happen, it was worth the wait in the end.

The staff were very friendly and helpful with giving me directions and extra tea coffee. The shower wasn't working properly, and neither was my key. The staff fixed them straight away. Bed was comfortable and it was nice and quiet and very close to everything in the city
The only downside was the shower and the door key. But they did fix both quickly. Also, it says washing facilities, and there is, but please, because it charged me too much, and it's taken some time to get the money refunded.
