Great value for money and the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful
There was a very bright security light outside my window that was on 24/7. Had I not brought a portable blackout blind with me, it would have been difficult to sleep

i liked the location and the room was tidy and clean. the bed was comfortable.
Not enough toilet paper, the kettle was a bit dodgy aswell. you had to hold it down for it to work. the TV wouldn't connect to any Internet either so we weren't able to access streaming services like was said on the book but we didn't chase it up so not many complaints there.

The room was just what I needed. It had an en-suite bathroom, a kitchenette, including a fridge and microwave, and there was a large desk and even a little dining table with two chairs. The room was spacious and bright and quiet enough. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was very relaxed.
The halls are a bit out of the way, next to the Discovery Museum. So walking home in the dark can feel a bit uncomfortable. But there are always lots of people around. However, you need to like students. You can be pretty sure one of them will cause a fire alarm during your stay by burning their dinner.

The staff were very friendly and helpful with giving me directions and extra tea coffee. The shower wasn't working properly, and neither was my key. The staff fixed them straight away. Bed was comfortable and it was nice and quiet and very close to everything in the city
The only downside was the shower and the door key. But they did fix both quickly. Also, it says washing facilities, and there is, but please, because it charged me too much, and it's taken some time to get the money refunded.
