Nothing they took my money and left me homeless on the street. Refused a refund. Because booking.com based in Netherlands they exempt from UK law meaning. You won't get a penny back Avoid booking here at all costs !!
Loads to hate , no apartment, no key No access , requested all my security information and demanded another £120 on top . Which would leave me skint. Was left out of pocket , on the street , had to go to shelter and local authority for help. I have evidence to back this . Using small print to Scam people out of money seems normal Never in my life have I been treated so badly by accomodation no apology what do ever !!

Locatie, uitzicht, ruim appartement, klein keukentje met koffie-thee, oordoppen, ontvangst prima.
Druppelend toilet, hoorde je door de oordoppen heen. Een veel te smal bed voor 2 personen met harde spiralen. Het is erg gehorig, slechte douche (straal).
