Great value, clean stay.
Very clean. Easy to access. Spacious. In a great location with easy on street parking, very near Hillsborough stadium. We were there for a family party so just needed somewhere to sleep and it was very comfortable and warm.
Nothing to do with the room or stay but walls were thin as it's a house and was woken up by neighbour coming in, then coughing and being ill.

Everything was clean and pleasant.
The stay was very comfortable. I enjoyed sitting at the table by the window and looking at the view. The owner was very kind – as a thoughtful gesture, my name was written on the welcome sign both at the door and on the key. Thank you for this lovely touch and the chocolate. Great Value Lovely Property
Great shower, comfy bed & great view. Also, unexpected extras - a much needed fan as it was a hot day, fridge with tiny but handy freezer, toaster, microwave, cutlery, dishes & even dish washing facilities. Finally, a pleasant helpful owner.
No bedside tables & one of the bedside lights didn't work but these are minor points.

Truly convenient
The room was very comfortable and convenient with a kettle, microwave and fridge all easily available. The on-suite bathroom was very nice, amazing shower! Self check-in and check out was very convenient. Was a great place to stay while exploring the peak district

Very well arranged, clear communication and clean room.
Great location in Hillsborough with resturants and pubs close by. Close to a tram stop for going into central Sheffield. Very close to Hillsborough Stadium wich was convenient for us going to a game. Very fresh, microwave, tv, a small fridge, coffee, tea and even milk.
