Nice and warm.
Difficulty parking close to the property. This was a bit of a pain as we had our dogs with us and had to carry the dog cages in and out to the car every day.

Location was good, nice walks from the door, close to Todmorden which has nice shops and cafes, and access to Rochdale canal. The Shepherd's Rest Inn was really friendly, v good food and friendly, plus lovely views.
The washing machine wasn't working which was a shame as we wanted to do some laundry. I assume this will be fixed. Parking is on the road near the property - make sure not to use the spots opposite which belong to the flats. One of the beds was very creaky.
