Rustic rural retreats

Beautiful and really comfortable accommodation in peaceful farm surroundings. Well equipped tiny kitchen, local biscuits and tea on arrival, and a really good bathroom. Everything was great and Kate was the perfect host.

Nothing

The gypsy caravan was beautiful, clean, comfortable and all amenities accounted for, tea, coffee, milk, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, oven, grill and hob. Bed very comfortable and sheets lovely and soft. The shower room and toilet was spacious clean and warm. You have your own space outside which includes lounges table and chairs, traditional and gas barbecue and a long dogs lead by the traditional barbecue. On arrival we were a bit confused, but we had just got married earlier that day and travelled some distance, Kate contacted us as we were running late and fortunately, as the caravan is set back some distance from the farm string lighting guided us directly to the beautiful gypsy caravan. Awesome! What more can I say!

The only thing I can think of is the primary hob ring at the front left didn’t work and we wanted to fry some lovely steak, which took ages on the little ring. Everything else was just perfect and ask Arnie says “we’ll be back!”

Perfrct get away from it all location. Silence , scenary and secluded. Spotlessly clean. Bed soo comfy.

Nothing

The place was very peaceful and very picturesque. The gypsy caravan/shepherds hut was well prepared including a sweet treat in the fridge, milk, tea, coffee, cooking oil, and many pots and pans etc. Spacious private bathroom included! We loved how good the space was for our dog who had freedom to run around and we weren't worried about him escaping. They also have many cows, a horse and a pony which were lovely to see! Will definitely come back.

We genuinely didn't dislike anything about this stay.
