Lovely stay
The location was fantastic and it was very spacious. Parking is tight but amazing to have parking in Porlock! Also the shower is incredible!
We knew that the place welcomed dogs but we were expecting the carpets to be clean of dog hair. There was a lot of dog hair on the living room carpet and rug.

A lovely, homely cottage, well placed for traveling around Exmoor.
The location of the cottage was central to the village and an excellent base for travelling around Exmoor. Comfy beds and a lovely shower. The cottage had everything needed for a very comfortable stay.
Parking - a bit of a nightmare to say the least! Advised to reverse into the cul-de-sac but this was impossible for a larger car. Heating was a bit of an issue as was very random and could be cool at times. A hand towel in the kitchen and an extra tea towel would be great.

Loved it
Beautiful cottage in a beautiful part of the country. House was very clean, nicely decorated, centrally located and extremely comfortable particularly the beds and bedding. Would definitely recommend
The heating was on a timer that was difficult to override so we did get abit cold at times. Parking was tight as was down a very thin lane, the neighbour had workmen working on their house so struggled to park at times.
