Please kindly note, short breaks can only start or end on a Thursday, max 1 booking per week; bookings cannot cross over a Thursday. Set on the ground-floor and hosting one double bedroom, along with a bathroom and an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with underfloor heating. The kitchen contains an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/ dryer and dishwasher. For entertainment, guests are provided with a TV and WiFi. Outside there is off-road parking for one car. The central heating is powered by electric and is included in the rental price, along with bed linen, towels and power. One well-behaved dog is welcome. Please be mindful that smoking is not permitted at the property. There is a shop 0.2 miles away, a pub 0.3 miles away and a beach within 0.6 miles. 1 Tregonwell Court is a lovely dwelling for a couple looking to explore Somerset.

The location of the flat was excellent, being within easy walking distance to the town centre, beach, railway station and other amenities, and having off-road parking.However, the ground-floor flat is adjacent to the common entrance to all flats in the block, and whilst we took the trouble to quietly close the spring-loaded door each time we used it, others were not so considerate meaning we were often disturbed by the loud noise of the door slamming during our stay. Also, we were surprised that the bathroom was not equipped with a toilet roll holder or hook(s) on which to hang clothes.
