The room was pleasant and quiet, even though it gave onto reception. The owner was well organized, provided us with timely, helpful information and kindly reserved our taxi for our departure.

Once I started to explore the area I found the shopping streets and the plaza where the horse race is held, very nice

Excellent location within ZTL (time limit zone), spacious, clean & comfortable room. Owner is helpful & responsive as it is always frustrated to drive in Italy especially within ZTL. Allow to park & drop luggage first before parking to secure carpark.
I have read & compare ratings & critics of many properties and finally choose here. Better than staying in hotel. Need to take luggage for few stairs to 1st floor but easy, and it has been written clearly in descriptions. Don’t hesitate to book it.

Excellent location on the edge of old town, a short walk to the main streets, restaurants and attractions. We used the valet parking option, which is very convenient for staying out of the ZTL and bringing our luggage right to the door (€40 for one day). Very friendly host, Sara, nice modern room, on the small size but adequate for a few days stay. Large modern bathroom with walk-in shower, big bath towels. Comfortable bed and pillows, the mattress was a little on the firm side. WIFI, A/C, TV, refrigerator, desk and luggage rack. Minimal but adequate breakfast buffet with eggs cooked to order (additional €1.50 each), very friendly breakfast host/cook.
Nothing negative to say, typical of most European hotels, they don’t provide wash clothes, we always bring our own.
