Comfortable bed and pillows. Very nice helpful staff. Easy to find and check in. Great location: close to duomo and my school. Quick access to Il Campo without being right in the noise. Close to the more authentic restaurants at local prices.
Only small suggestion is to supply face soap as well as the shampoo for the shower.

Big room, clean and with all facilities you need. Within walkable distance to city center.
The windows do not provide any noise protection. We were woken up early in the morning at around 6 o'clock by the sanitation workers outside. The noise was so loud, it felt like they were in the room with us.
