Clean, superb location (as always), air conditioning was lovely (a relief from such sweltering rooms in July), Wi-fi was strong, check-in was simple and efficient, and staff replaced a faulty safe the first day I arrived. Excellent, all-round.
Still loyal, still my only place to be in Siena for ten glorious years, and counting. Quattro Cantoni is like home!

Nice room, communication good, location good
The airco was not really working, and the check in with the key pad was a bit complicated

Too small and noisy room.
