This was our favorite stay on our two week trip to Italy. The suite/rooms were great-spacious and comfortable. The AC kept the rooms cool and comfortable. The location is great! The staff was the best! Truly, the nicest people who were so helpful and kind. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

Breakfast, central location, staff very helpful, cleanliness, towels.
Not enough outlets in room, the need for 3 keys, for me bed was uncomfortable but rest thought was fine, entry a bit confusing, for Joseph the entry was smelly, limited time to access office.
