Everything was great! Localization, breakfast, cleanliness, room service. It was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in!☺️

Our room 228 was disappointing for the cost. Quite small and not what we would term as “luxury” in a 5* hotel
The 5% “optional” service which we have noticed that other hotels in the Star Hotels Collezione try to charge on departure (eg The Gore in London). The cost should already be included. Other hotels do not seem to do this.
