Loved this hotel, fab location to explore Siena. Lovely comfortable room, staff lovely. Special thanks go to Paulo, who when I inquired about hot water for tea supplied me with a kettle cups and milk going above and beyond his duties. The gentleman that checked us in Antonio was also exceptionally helpful and made many helpful suggestions for our stay. Lovely breakfast, wide selection including pancakes. . Not a single complaint beautiful city can't wait to come back thank you all very much

Staff was super friendly and responsive to every need. The Hotel was great, great breakfast! One of the best hotels i stayed at in Siena. Would absolutely recommend

Our stay in Siena was a wonderful surprise. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We even made some new friends. What a beautiful place to visit.
I can't think of anything I didn't like. The staff was so helpful and kind and the city is spectacular.
