Walking distance from the main Piazza of Siena and the Basilica, room was spacious and well appointed, facilities were sufficient, breakfast was ok. The hotel also has a small chapel in the building.
No elevator, but 2 floors are doable.

Friendly staff, location and parking inside the ZTL on a quiet side street, great breakfast,
The bed wasn't super comfortable, and we had to ask for an extra blanket. The room looked smaller and more worn than it appeared in the photos. The shower was quite small.

Travelling by car, this hotel was in a perfect location at the edge of the city providing easy access to car parking, while still within easy walking distance to the centre. The breakfast buffet was a delight each morning accommodating all tastes.
The bathrooms were a little sterile and rooms a little dated, but for the price and location you couldn’t ask for more.

All good apart from booking requirements and confirmation not met even though agreed. This let the whole booking down.
Guests needed ground floor rooms. Confirmed but not given. Really difficult for the guest. Stair lift not functioning. Hotel lucky this didn’t end in major trauma!
