Struttura nuova , stanza molto spaziosa

Forholdsvis nyt hotel med roligt pool område. God morgenmad med frisk kværnet kaffe/special kaffe. Der var gratis parkering i p-kælder med god plads. Super venligt personale. Som det fremgår af beskrivelse, så ligger hotel ca. 1,6 km fra den gamle bydel. Det er muligt at gå hvis man er i ordinær god form. (Man skal først ned af bjerg og op igen til Siena.) Vi fik reception til at bestille taxa og gik så hjem.

Hotellet er ikke helt færdig med beplantning (men det havde nu ingen betydning for os)

Gym and nice comfortable bedroom. Very scenic location for outside walks and sitting down.

Not allowed to use the pool and different reasons given even though people were using the pool when we arrived and then signs put up later after we checked in. Gym was off access a lot of the time and no timetable given to when it’s free to use and not. Ants in the bedroom and no bin provided had to ask for it. Also no indication whether rooms would be clean or fresh towels given. Rooms were not cleaned in the end during our stay. When asking for coffee at breakfast had to ask three times and then just waited at the coffee dock until they gave it to me. The senior staff member spilt my coffee and didn’t apologise when I asked for a tissue to clean my cup and saucer. He just said tissues over there.
