right on the edge of the old town -- a very easy walk to the train station -- wonderful shower -- an amazing view of the Siena Valley -- the family were kind -- kitchen has fridge & stove -- the room is basic, but certainly good enough, since I spent more time "outside" in the town, than 'in' the room
I was kinda disappointed that I couldn't leave my bag there, after checkout & before my train -- so, I simply took an earlier train out of Siena -- soooooo -- if you plan on going for a walk in Siena after you check out, you'll have to think of your luggage.......

Nice room in a nice villa with easy acces to buses and railway but also to the city centre. (15 minutes walk). Comfortable room with well equipped shared kitchen and modern bathroom. View from the room to a garden which can be used at good weather. The morning starts with singing birds outside.
Location is on hilltop easily accesible by elevatrs from the railway station, however this access is not very visibly signed. It took some time for me to find it inside the shopping mall. If you get a room opposite/near the reception do count with listening to the discussion of the staff and between staff and clients during daytime. Night silence is however fully kept.
