Very good communication, great entry instructions, good room, fabulous breakfast, very good location for starting the Via Francigena. Very helpful that we were able to have trekking poles sent to the B&B from Amazon.it rather than checking luggage.

Perfect location, 5 min to the main Piazza.
A bit expensive for what it offers but overall the room had all we needed and was nicely decorated.

Location is nice, though the lights in the street where the building is located were off in the evening, but they turned on when we walked by. It was quite scary coming back after dark. Michela responded quickly on WhatsApp. Satisfying breakfast in the morning.
The AC was very loud and right next to the bed (at bed's height, so it blows right at you), so we couldn't sleep with it on, opening the window was also uncomfortable because of the noise from the street in the morning. The room is stylish, but felt a bit cold and dark.
