Everything! Everything went well; the hosts communicated with me the day before my arrival; answered my queries about taxi from the train station promptly; were professional and extremely helpful with directions; good Italian breakfast and excellent coffee, with a view of San Domenico which was priceless. The hot water was hot enough that I didn't need to use too much of it; the air-conditioning was so efficient that I only had to run it for at most half an hour to cool it for the evening/night. They went out of their way to help me enjoy my experience in Siena.
Literally absolutely nothing. I cannot think of a single thing that was in any way lacking. Breakfast, rooms; advice on where to find excellent pici cacio e pepe--the hosts did everything to make it both professional and homelike at once. I can think of one thing I don't like: the fact that I don't know how to upload pictures of the views from my window.
