Clean, modern room with nice bathroom and access to deck/outside patio. Very basic room good for a night's stay. Access to shared kitchen and fridge. Within walking distance to the train station which is why we stayed there.
Advertised as B&B so would expect the ability to be able to make your own breakfast however there was no crockery, cutlery or cups/glasses in the kitchen.

Everything was well prepared with our name on the door, staff was present in the afternoon and again in the morning

This place is in a fairly decent location. I like walking so it was I think about 1015 minute walk into the old town.. there’s no getting away from the hills and streets in Sienna. The room was absolutely huge. There was a really nice terrace if you wanted to sit out with chairs a table have a drink.massive wardrobe .
