.Excellent location.
Clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and even organized self-check-in ahead of time.
I was surprised by some of the negative reviews. Yes, not everything in the rooms is new, but that can't always be the case.
There's absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay – a good bathroom, a comfortable bed, an equipped kitchen, and quiet surroundings.
And all this is a 5-minute walk from the city center.
I'd be happy to come back.

Good location and lots of room .. comfortable bed . Juli at the front was very helpful and responsive to our requests
When we arrived needed to ask for kettle, wine glasses, more tea towels .. things were not there that should be

Good location, just 20 minutes from Siena’s center, with private parking and a nice view from the window.
The facilities are old, which affects the feeling of cleanliness. The staff was nice but not willing to go beyond the basics.
