Very central place in a charming ancient bulding, with old and equally charming wooden furniture. The staff is young and very friendly and helpful. My room was very large.

The location, the cleanliness, the fact that it was reasonably quite despite being in a central location, the space,, the furniture.
The check-in process was a bit stressful, we came by car and didn't know we only had 30 minutes from entering the ztl zone, I would recommend parking in a free car park and taking a taxi to the b&b.

Great location. Nice big room. Cindy and clean.
Communication with owner was hit and miss. No staff on sight to help with things like no toilet paper, turning the heat on. Unclear checking and check out procedures.
